US Ground: Free shipping for all DVDs via USPS Media Rate. Shipments take 2-6 business days. CA add 8.2% sales tax.
US Air: Via UPS 2nd Day. $9.99 per order. Extra for books.
Mexico/Canada Air: $6.99 per order. Shipments usually take 3 - 5 business days. Select "International Air" as the shipping method in the shopping cart.
Europe/Australia/Japan: $8.99 per order. Shipments usually take 4 - 6 business days. Select "International Air" as the shipping method in the shopping cart.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. - There is excessive ordering by your account or to the same shipping address.
- Your order receives a high fraud rating or looks suspicious of fraud.
- Your phone number is invalid.

Upon placing an order, international customers automatically agrees to the following policies:
- Alexandra's Travelogues abides by all custom rules and regulations.
- Alexandra's Travelogues is not liable for any lost orders containing Adult Materials.
- Alexandra's Travelogues does not devalue the cost of goods.
- Alexandra's Travelogues is not liable for US Postal Service shipments that are lost.
- Alexandra's Travelogues does not pay for international duty taxes and any incurred taxes will be charged back to the customer.
- Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
