About Alexandra's TraveloguesWhen Alexandra Nunez finally left Mexico to emigrate to San Francisco, she was amazed by how little Americans seem to know about Mexico - or more exactly about the Mexico she remembered. Even the Latino community of the Mission District sounded more knowledgeable of far away cities like Paris or Rome, than of the land of their ancestors.
A long-time videographer, travel writer and drawer, Alexandra embarked on a crusade to bring the beauty of her Mexico to the US community. Thanks to the support of DV2DVD Inc., a production house, Alexandra is spending most of the time touring the country of her childhood, camera in hand, to produce videos guiding the viewers from colonial cities to natural wonders, from traditional handicraft shops to government palaces, from cathedrals to Aztec pyramids.
The result is an insightful, fast-paced travel videos serie that are both entertaining and instructive. |
